The full range of the Ambiana series included accent lights and decor lights which expanded on the visual language of the desk lamp. Diffused LEDs cast light into the interior of this candle-like form for a warm but subtle effect.

The final production design for the accent light is a very simple construction, featuring a high gloss outer shell, and diffusion panel inside.

The Ambiana accent light creates a unique relationship between the light itself and the surface it’s placed on. Light spills out of the opening in the front of the light, blurring the boundary between the physical product and the space around it.

In keeping with the touch-focused interaction established with the desk lamp, the accent light turns on and off, and adjusts intensity based on touching the top of the product.
